Our mediation costs include the initial assessment process - that includes:
- Phone or Zoom meeting with each party for an hour to discuss the process and matters for discussion at the mediation, assess suitability for mediation and pre-mediation conflict coaching. This allows us to assess whether mediation is appropriate, structure the mediation to suit the needs of the parties and get the information necessary to prepare for the mediation. We also will make available copies of our preparation checklists.
- Reading materials - up to 1 lever arch folder from each person (materials are required at least 7 days prior to mediation unless agreed in advance);
- Issuing a Section 60I certificate where appropriate.
What our fees do NOT include:
- Hire of Venue if required - Venue hire is additional, typically around $300 per day depending on the venue.
- Excessive reading materials.

- Brief intake and writing to the other party and inviting them to attend mediation (if an agreement has not already be reached to mediate), and issuing s 60I certificate if it does not proceed - $220
- Half Day FDR mediation (from 9am until 1.00 pm, or from 1.00 pm until 5.00 pm) - $1100 incl GST;
- Full Day FDR mediation (from 9 am until around 5.00 pm) - $1650 incl GST;
- Child Inclusive Mediations - POA
- Other mediations - POA
- Room hire - At cost as required
